- Are you a female, U.S. Citizen?
- Did you maintain at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale?
- Will you be a college freshman to graduate in August 2026?
- Will you be attending Indian University, Bloomington, IN in August 2026?
- Residency (city, state)
